Needs a little Improvement

This home was not very clean, however I did bring ir to owners attention, and he was very understanding, ans offered to sending a cleaning team in which I refused, and just cleaned the problem areas myself. The lication of the apartment is not the best, but it is very secure, and I felt safe inside the front gate. Excellent communication, and I had a great time in Dallas, and I am grateful that I was able to stay in this home. I was able to fix the problems myself and I have seen worse.
