We stayed in for 3 days it was clean and comfortable. The plus was that it was a block and 1/2 walk to the convention center where our daughter was performing. There were homeless people camped around hotel but i believe policing better than some of other reviews maybe due to cheer competition and a lot of young people around. We did walk to convention center which saved having to pay for parking there. There was only an issue on 1 day due to belligerent homeless man screaming obscenities. The vallet people were nice but can be inconvenient if in a hurry need to request vehicle 20 minutes before you leave, and sometimes line to park when c returning was long. I did have issue getting info on checking in. Communication with property manager was difficult since no lobby, had to get vrbo customer service involved to get response, and currently awaiting response regarding extra $300 deposit to cover damages that has not been refunded after almost 2 weeks since we stayed. Overall stay was decent, you get what you pay for- is budget friendly and clean, but don't think would ever stay again especially if had children due to issues with homeless and the fact that property manager difficult to get a hold of....
