The best part of this apartment was communication with owner. Monica is ultra responsive to any needs and strives to settle any issues. Overall the apartment is roomy and very reasonably priced. It could benefit from a few minor tlc updates but we enjoyed our stay.

Property location was perfect for walking to various spots in the downtown area. The pool was not open during our stay so make sure to ask if that is a must. The pictures are a bit outdated or of another place similar to the condo, but for the 3 of us it worked.

The place was nice and in the heart of downtown. The host was upfront and let me know texting was the best to get ahold of them. Beds were comfortable. The master bathroom floor looked a little dirty but might have just been the age of the flooring. Only downside was no TV in the living area, but we went to hang out in Dallas not hang out in the condo. Also, recommendation for improvements is having another fob to get up and down the elevator into the room, there was only one so if you go with people that might split up take that into account. But overall it was a nice place and would stay again.

Visiting Dallas from Boston

A friend and I decided to spend a long weekend in Dallas. The place is perfect for two people as it’s got a large kitchen,Living area and two good size bedrooms and bathrooms for plenty of space. The inside of the property itself was very nice. Parking is sketchy and it's a little hard to find the entrance to the condo. The building is older. Hot inside elevator and hallways and not a nice smell. Wouldn’t stay again.
