The “BATCAVE” is the ultimate getaway if you want to live like Bruce Wayne . 20th floor views. Movie theatre recliners with built in chargers. 120in projector screen in the living room with Xbox that has downloaded games and streaming apps. 100in projectors in both rooms for private viewing. The master sports a luxurious king size bed and the other room a queen. The house is equipped with smart lighting simply speak hey google and ask google to set the lights to the color of your choice.

Their are 3 locked storage areas minus that just respect the home as if it were yours thank you.

Bien situé dans une tour agréable mais appartement pas conforme à la location pour touriste.

Grande déception de cet appartement. Je commence par le positif : Bien situé dans Dallas pour les visites avec une splendide vue depuis la terrasse de l'appartement. La tour est bien entretenue avec au dernier étage une piscine ouverte, un grand patio et même un billard et un baby-foot. Le personnel de la tour est fort sympathique et serviable, Le gros avantage de cette location est la place de parking, réservée pour notre voiture et toujours garée par un voiturier. Quand nous sommes arrivés la femme de ménage ( très gentille) était présente et fort heureusement car le système de fermeture de la porte n'est pas facile. Lits confortable. Maintenant le gros point négatif. Pas de table pour manger ni chaises sauf 2 fauteuils en osier + une chaise instable et un fauteuil roulant pour handicapé sur la terrasse. La cuisine est à revoir concernant la vaisselle et les couverts. Rien n'est conforme pour manger correctement. Poêle et casserole á changer et un grand nettoyage dans cette cuisine doit être fait car on trouve dans les tiroirs des choses sales et qui n'ont pas leur place, Dans les 2 salles de bain, nous avons mis dans les placards tous les produits qui ne nous appartient pas car impossible de mettre les nôtres. Pas de penderie dans une des chambres et dans l'autre un bazar. Pour conclure : Pour le touriste, il faut que cet appartement soit en règle et mieux nettoyé. Nous avons loué un appartement pour économiser sur les repas. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits.

Perfect location

Monday check in Friday check out. Husband 51 yo and myself 50 yo came down for an awards ceremony for our son. The location of the place was perfect! The host was very helpful easy to contact and very friendly with lots of dining suggestions. The apartment could use a good cleaning and the electronics didn’t work as well as hoped.

I was looking forward to unique property. So disappointed. Had to keep shoes on because the floor was filthy. It is a beautiful view but the deck was filthy with broken furniture. This VRBO should not be on your site.
