MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!!
Come play in the red rocks and stay in our beautifully updated 2b/2b condo. Spacious unit sleeps 6 comfortably, with an additional air mattress for 8 if needed. Two large screen ROKU TV's, large table for dining and working needs, and fully appointed kitchen. Sports Village amenities include pools, hot tubs, kiddie pool, shuffle board, exercise room, tennis, racquetball, and pickleball courts. Trails for hiking and biking and quality St. George golf within minutes.
The space
Sports Village is close proximity to hiking, biking and walking trails. Within minutes from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Theatre, Dixie Convention Center and several beautifully maintained city parks. It is a 30 - 40 minute drive to Zion National park. Close by is Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, Gunlock Reservoir, Ivins Reservoir, AND MORE. If you are looking to spend time recreating in the outdoors or at Sports Village, this is definitely the place. Just outside the door, you are at Green Valley Gap for hiking, rock climbing, or some of the most amazing bking in the state.

The condo is comfortable, newly remodeled and boasts some of the most amazing views in the morning. There are two spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with king bed, large closet with shelves and large 55” ROKU TV. Master bath offers double sink vanity and large garden tub.

The guest bedroom offers comfortable queen bed, large closet with shelves with extra room for an air mattress (if needed). The guest bath with tub/shower is large and adjacent to the bedroom.

There is a new pack-n-play in the guest closet for the younger guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked for service for 12, although there are only 8 allowed, there are plenty of plates, silverware and cups, so you will never run out. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bowls and basic seasoning ingredients. The kitchen table is large, counter height and comfortably seats 8.Great for eating and playing games. One of our favorite things to do.

The patio right outside the dining room is covered for morning shade and afternoon heat. A patio table seats 6, with extra chairs if needed to lounge and enjoy the beautiful views and offers indoor/outdoor dining. And the best part, unobstructed views. ENJOY!!

The living room is large and comfortable, couch and two oversized comfortable chairs for watching movies, visiting and resting after a long day of playing. The user friendly Murphy Cabinet bed is located on the TV wall. Dedicated bedding and comforter for the 9" thick foam mattress provide opportunity for a restful night sleep.

Guest access
The condo is located on the lower level, you will have to navigate down some stairs to access the condo, but once inside the condo, it is single floor living. No more stairs.

Parking is free. Park any where right outside the building and on the street. First come, first serve.
