Vacation or work remotely in air-conditioned comfort

Located less than 5 minutes drive from the highway, 10 minutes drive from downtown Castries (the Capital), the George FL Charles airport, the Castries ferry terminal and the Vigie beach.

Gated (off-street) parking provided. The bus-stop immediately in front the property takes you into the CIty Centre.

You are never locked out with electronic locks.

The apartment is in a residential neighbourhood located above the CIty Centre so remote workers can focus. Tourists will enjoy recharging and relaxing at this home away from home after a day of exploring.

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The residence there can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Air-conditioning is provided in both bedrooms.

Right in front of the property (two minutes walk) is a look out spot. You can see the Caribbean Sea and take in the sunset.

If you are hungry and in need of a quick bite to eat, there is a place in walking distance around the corner that provides a spot for a quick drink, some food or play pool. A gym is also located in the general neighbourhood.

Should you rent a vehicle, there is free offstreet parking within the premises and additional parking is possible along the street.

Should you choose to use public transportation, the 5A bus passes immediately in front the property. For EC$2.50 per person, you can hop a quick ride into the CItry Centre. For the same fare, the same bus will drop you back in front of the house when you are ready to return.
The bus stop in Castries is tqo blocks enjoy the granite counter, 6-burner gas stove and big fridge.

The garbage truck passes every Tuesday and Friday. Place your sealed garbage bag in the blue barrel outside the premises by 7:00am on pick up days.
Heavy furniture e.g. fridge, washing machine, beds must stay in their locations. Chairs and fans can be shifted in the apartment to suit your needs.

Why they chose this property

This a friendly residential neighbourhood that is in the suburbs of the Capital. You are therefore minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and highway. However, as it is located at the top of a hill, there is a certain serenity to be enjoyed. On a clear night you can see the stars above and during the day there is a look out about two minutes walk in from the property to view the horizon/Caribbean Sea and take in the beautiful sunset.

What makes this property unique

One advantage of the location is the access to back roads. If the highway is congested, you can still access many places by using the roads which connect with the area.
