Family friendly house close to the beach

The house is located 100 meters from the beach.It has big garden with great view on the sea.It is suitable for the summer as it is very close to a nice and clean beach. Especially if you have children you feel secure as it is a quiet village and the beach is safe and clean.
The house has :
1) Two bedrooms (One bedroom has view to the sea).
2) Two kitchens (+ barbeque).
3) One living room.
4) Two bathrooms/toilets.
5) Storage.
6) Parking fo three cars.

Volos is one of the largest cities in Greece, with interesting choices in the food and intense nightlife and is located a few kilometers from Kritharia.
Some of the historical villages of the area are also nearby.
Pelion, Archaeological sites, organized beaches, churches and monasteries are some of the places to visit.

The village has a small square with a small church and a playground for children and a beautiful harbor with a tavern. Beach is five minute walk. On summer, there is a bus that passes five minutes walk of the house and has two routes every day.During the winter has a bus also in 1.500 meter, on the highway to Athens.

Wunderbarer Urlaub ,tolle Kommunikation mit Vermieter

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war fabelhaft . Vor dem Urlaub bekamen wir genaue Beschreibungen wie wir zum Haus finden und die Kontaktnummer von Elena (der guten Seele 🤗)wegen der Schlüsselübergabe. Das letzte Stück Fahrt zum Haus ist etwas steil ,aber gut fahrbar. Dafür war der Blick von der Terrasse unschlagbar schön. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem mit Klimaanlage.Was bei 35-37° das nächtliche schlafen sehr erträglich machte. Auch während dem Urlaub erkundigte sich der Vermieter ob wir etwas brauchen und ob alles in Ordnung ist.Gastfreundschaft vom feinsten. Bis zum Meer sind es zu Fuß ca.100m und es gibt viel zu entdecken an Badebuchten. Danke Alexandros und Elena für diesen tollen Urlaub 🤗👋Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.. (der guten Seele

Wunderbare Erholung

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, exponierter Blick von der Terrasse auf den Ort und das Meer. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, jetzt auch mit zwei Sonnenliegen :-) . Bei kleineren Problemen erfolgte umgehende Hilfe. Noch einmal ganz lieben Dank an Elena und Alexandros
