WOW! Dearborn Street Old Englewood has been completely refurbished. A new ARCH welcoming visitors, new sidewalks and street lights and a new concert area Pioneer Park with public toilets and more parking.

This beautiful house is just a quick bike ride or golf cart ride to the Dearborn Strip. Walking distance to Lemon Bay Park and sits in a quiet relaxing neighborhood.

There are many things to do in and around Englewood. The petfect location. Orlando is 3 hours, Ft. Myers 1 hour and Sarasota 45 minutes.

The beach is 6 minute drive with many restaurants/bars offering outdoor seating and live music. You can parasail, rent boats, waverunners, and kayaks. Charter Fishing boats offer full and half day charters.

The beach has plenty of parking. You can spend the entire day swimming, shelling, and hunting for sharks teeth. There are restaurants within walking distance from the beach. The Waverly, Lock and Key, White Elephant, and our favotite SandBar Tiki and Grille are just across the street. Stump Pass Park is just located on the douth end of Manasota Key.

There are several restaurants in Old Englewood which also have live music. Englewood's on Dearborn, Blue Pineapple, La Stanza Italian Restaurant, Snook's Bayside Tiki Bar and Grill, Comadre's Mexican Restaurant, Mango Bistro as well as Bobarino's Pizza and coffee shops such as Joe Maxx Coffee Shop, Culture Coffee Shop. The house is equipped with a complete kitchen. Toaster refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, wine and beverage fridge, pots pans plates silverwear and about anything else you need.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, dresser closet and ceiling fan.

Bathroom is equipped with all essentials. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

Laundry room has washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Dine at the table or bar. Seating for 4 at the table and 4 at the bar if you have guests.

Enjoy the living room on the new leather sofa and love seat while watching your flat screen smart TV with over 1100 channels including local stations from your home area. High speed wifi provided for FREE.

The house is decorated coastal. We love sea turtles as you will see.

Outside enjoy your private pool with sun loungers. There is a gas grill for bugers dogs and steaks or whatever you fancy.

There is enough parking for 3 maybe 4 cars. Also parking for your boat or jet skis.
