***Inside Chalet **

Each bathroom has complimentary toiletries, towels, washcloths, and linens. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and makeup mirror.

Living Area features a wood burning fireplace (First fire is on me! Fireplace will not be used between May 1st and September 15th). Nestled above the fireplace is a 55-inch SmartTV (Roku) with Hulu Plus, Disney Plus, and ESPN Plus available at no additional cost.

Each bedroom has a 32-inch SmartTV (FireTV) featuring cozy Queen sized beds. Each closet is supplied with hangers and extra blankets. Iron board and iron is available and located in one of the bedrooms closets.

The modern kitchen with rustic charm features a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, eatery, pots and pans, baking equipment, toaster, blender and hand mixer. Offered to every guest is a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee machine (duo K-Pod and drip coffee) equipped with coffee/tea pods of various brands, coffee filters, flavored syrups, sugars, half and half, and honey. Make sure to check out the complimentary snack basket upon check-in!

The wrap around porch has a propane grill (propane provided) and charcoal smoker (wood and charcoal provided). Located in the back of the house is a propane glass rock fire pit (propane provided) and a wood fire pit (wood is not provided).

The loft features a day bed that has a trundle leaving guests the option of two twin sized bed or one king sized bed. Located in the closet is a six-drawer dresser with hangers. The loft allows access to the balcony where seating and a table is available.

*House is located in a gated community. Because you will be our guest, you will have access to everything in the community such as pool (open during May-September), lake, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground.

*House is 100% self-check in.

*Parking is on site enough for three vehicles.

*License and registration is required at the time of check in to obtain car pass for this gated community. Information will be requested by host within 72 hours of check in to ensure guest pass will be on file. Without information, this may result in cancelation of reservation.

*We ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering the property.

*No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the house.

*Guests are expected to adhere to community rules and bylaws.

*Please be mindful that this house is located in the Poconos Mountains and is located in the home of insects and wildlife. Although this property is cleaned professionally before and after each guest and sprayed every month, there is still a chance that unwanted guests can find their way inside. We are not responsible for common insects coming into the property. However, if you encounter an unacceptable situation, please bring it to our attention immediately, and we will resolve it. To avoid this, please keep all windows and doors shut as needed and all trash and food away and stored correctly.
