Great Location / Excellent Suite

The location cannot be beat for a stay in Old Quebec. Checkin instructions / process was very easy and the free parking a few minutes walk away was seamless.I would highly recommend this suite!

The perfect Old Quebec spot

Had a wonderful time in a charming one bedroom suite right in the heart of Vieux-Québec. Clean, bright, and well-stocked apartment that was quiet despite being right at street level. The hosts were excellent communicators, giving us all the information we needed in advance and responding to questions quickly. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful

Beautiful apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and fantastic location. The only glitch would be no onsite parking. That being said, it’s a 5-7 minute walk, and it’s free with your reservation.All in all, a great spot. Highly recommend

Excellent location

The location is excellent! It's just in the city walls, close to everything. The host is very responsive. The place is clean and has all the amenities you might need. Our apartment was not in the courtyard so we did not have an outdoor space. When booking ask. The courtyard is very pretty. The entrance has 3 steps with no railing. My friend has mobility issues so it was challenging for her to manage those steps. It would be nice if they could install a railing of some sort. I would absolutely stay there again, but would make sure I was in the courtyard area.

Close to everything in the Old atown

Excellent spot to stay, close to all the sights of the old town. Super cafe and gelato spot on the corner for snacks. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Location in Old Quebec City

This property is located so centrally, you really don't have to get into your car to have an extraordinary variety of restaurants and activities. The nearby indoor parking lot is close enough that it is convenient, even in a blizzard and it provides wonderful shelter in the coldest weather. Sandy, the host, is a wonderful communicator.

Convenient Location

Location was great; lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's a beautiful unit; comfy bed and pillows, throw blankets a real plus; wonderful to have a 3-temperature hair dryer like home!! It was nice that there were coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. I understand the weather elements are unpredictable; however, the courtyard was in dire need of a power wash. The outside and inside of pocket door in bathroom had finger prints of dirty hands; the door jams on the inside of pocket door also need to be wiped. Could use additional towel holder/bar in bath. Overall, a wonderful stay, and it was always quiet!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great, in quiet old city neighborhood but quick walk to old city restaurants and shops. Parking included in a municipal garage a short walk away was a plus. Highly recommended.

This apartment was perfect in every way. The location, the size, the amenities, the cleanliness, the shower pressure, the parking, the washer/dryer, and the property manager...you name it - it was all fantastic!!!!!! Do not hesitate to rent this lovely apartment!

Quebec City

Excellent property located within walking distance to all major tractions. Apartment is safe and secure and located on a relatively quiet street. Also comes with free parking for one car at a garage located a few blocks down the road. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the beautiful city!

Location is great- modern , clean, excellent facility. Trouble getting in with programmed lock and had to wait after a long drive. Tv sound was low- unable to turn up..hotel program on tv would not allow streaming services. All in all I would highly recommend

Not worth the $$

Our access code didn’t work and manager didn’t answer phone, it’s a dark apt w entry through laundry room, AC didn’t work. Photos are wide angle and taken with all lights on so made it look much larger than actual. The positives are the location and the fact that everything is new. For what we paid, we could have stayed at a nice hotel.

Quebec old town

The property is in a fabulous location, well appointed, comfortable bed, great shower, very clean and the host was very responsive. The only let down was the noise from the overhead apartment. Every foot step could be heard from multiple guests and often until the early hours of the morning. Their bathroom water ran very loudly down the side of our bedroom wall. This greatly impacted our sleep and general comfort of our stay..

Hotel Maison Sainte Ursule

The hotel is in a great location for old Quebec and is in easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants and sights. The accommodations were very clean and spacious. The first impression when you enter through a garage door off the street and into the narrow driveway that leads to the courtyard is not good, but don't let that scare you. The apartments are very clean and modern. We had one issue that we felt could have been handled better. The prior guests had broken out two window panes in the bedroom and they had not been repaired by the time of our check-in. They were repaired the following afternoon. My wife did not feel especially safe under that circumstance even though the bedroom window faced the inner courtyard. We felt it would have been better handled if we had been notified in advance and possibly offered alternate accommodations in the meantime. In addition, check-in time was to be 4:00 PM and we arrived at 4:45 only to be told we had to wait until 5:00 to move into the apartment. So, we sat in our car for a while and that is also not a good first impression. On the second night of our stay, we had gone for a late night walk and, when we returned, found that our room access code was not working. The matter was resolved reasonably quickly but it was still unsettling because communication is via text. So, it was late and we were tired and not sure if or when we would get a response. I'll close by saying, despite all, I would stay there again.

Cute Cabin, A little shy on Southern hospitality.

This is a cute little cabin. The description should include that it has an incredibly steep driveway. They are also missing some very basic items that would make a better experience for guests…for example, there were zero hangers in the closet and the only bureau had drawers that fell out when you opened them. Also we have rented many VRBOs, in addition to hosting a VRBO property for many years, and this was the first place we felt that the rules and asks were out of the ordinary. I think when you rent a place that includes a service fee, that asking paid guests to clean the bathtub if they use it is excessive. Also I understand asking the kitchen trash to be placed outside for food odor control, but I have never been asked to remove other household trash barrels. I can only assume that the management company has had some bad experiences, but the little notes on the fridge about it being “unsanitary to sleep on the sofa”, or detailing the per item replacement cost for every single linen items in the house was odd. The check-inprocess was also odd that they would text the door code at check in time and that if you opened the door before precisely the time the code would be changed and you would be evicted without refund. I think saying no early checkin is sufficient. This is a remote area so I asked if the code could also be texted to my husband as back up and was told no. Overall despite being a nice location, we did not find this a very welcoming rental.
