If you're looking for a comfortable home away from home, come Experience this luxury home located in a quiet safe neighborhood in west Philadelphia area across from nice recreation center. The house is close to public many public transportations that will take you minutes to University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, 30th street station Children Hospital, Philadelphia Museum of art, please touch me museum and Center City.
These times may not be accurate because if there is traffic or roadblock you maybe take longer to get to any of these areas.
10-minute car ride to and from Philadelphia Museum of Art
15-minutes car ride to or from Center city.
25-30minute train or bus ride to or from center city.
20-30min car ride to or from Philadelphia Airport.
15-18 minutes car ride to or from St Joseph's University
10-minute train or bus ride to or from, UPenn, Drexel,
12-minute train or bus to or from 30th street station
10–12-minute bus ride to or from CHOP (Children Hospital)

This home is great for a family that want somewhere comfortable to stay. It features three bedrooms, 1 full bath. It has open layout living and dining room areas that go into the kitchen. Central air throughout the house.

The space
The only area guests don't have access to the basement and the backyard.

Guests are able to park up to two vehicles on the driveway. there are street parking as well if guests have more then 2 car with them (Please, don't block any of the neighbor's driveway and or block their car).

Guest access
Guests have access to the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room and one good size closet in one of the rooms to hang clothes in. There are hooks in the back of each bedroom doors and by the dining room area, to hang coats/clothes. Also, a nice size dresser in one of the rooms and a bed side dresser in another room. Guests are not allowed to smoke in the bedrooms, bathroom, upstairs hallways areas, but guests can smoke in living room, kitchens and dining room or outside by tree or porch area only.
Other things to note.

No loud music or noise after 1 AM, out of respect for my tenant below and my neighbors.
