Negatives: getting all the information needed to check in was a lot of trouble. I had to ask a lot of questions just to get basic information.
I informed the hotel that Netflix was not working and had to wait two days for someone to come and look at the problem and tell me it was a software issue. Then I had to wait another two days for someone to actually fix the issue.
In my specific accommodation, you cannot open the blinds/curtains because neighbors' windows are extremely close, so there was no privacy if I wanted sunlight.
The water for the shower is not very hot.
Positives: the staff that communicated with me on whatsapp were very respectful and patient when communicating.
Fully equipped accommodation: full kitchen, washer, dryer.
