This stylish fully furnished 2BR/1BA is perfect for travelers who need an all inclusive property with flexible lease terms. Located one mile from The Bypass (commercial area with grocery stores, Lowes, Walmart, restaurants, gas stations, etc) and 3 to 4 miles from downtown Greenwood, Self Regional Hospital, and other medical facilities.

Refundable security deposit and (if applicable) refundable pet deposit. Two month minimums.
The space
Ground level condominium with a pleasant view facing a wooded area. The complex is comprised of four two-story buildings, each with eight units. All furnishings included. Fully stocked kitchen. All utilities included (electric, gas, water, trash, wifi, etc). Free in unit washer and dryer.

One animal total permitted.

Free and plentiful parking just outside the building. Bike and lock rental available upon request.
