The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax in our Sauna, unwind in nature, and make yourself at home. The home is centered on an Acre of land, with swings hanging from trees so you can enjoy outdoor nature and the most serene views of the mountains!

You will be able to see all mountains and enjoy the landscape of flowers in the home. Feel free to utilize outdoor chairs and front yard furniture such as a table outside to eat or relax outside of the home with beautiful lush green trees & natural views of the mountains.
Other things to note
The entire apartment is deep cleaned between every guest with anti-bacterial products to ensure the health and well-being of our valued guests.

No smoking is allowed on property. Guests smoking will incur a $200 fine + damages, and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.

No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Parties will incur a $500 fine, an automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB. We are in a peaceful residential area, so please respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in a $200 fine + damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation

Great location, spacious and amazing views

We stayed a couple nights as a staging location before heading up to Big Sky. Sarah is a great communicator pre check-in, during our stay and check-out. The property is situated in a nice large lot neighborhood between the Bozeman airport and downtown Bozeman. It was perfect for picking folks up from the airport and taking advantage of the restaurants and shopping in Bozeman. We will definitely book again!

Family reunion at Big Sky

If you’re looking for nightlife, not gonna happen. Although downtown is just around the corner. 20 minutes from Bozeman Hot Springs, just over an hour away from big sky then this is the place for you and your family. The occasional plane and train you can hear from the distance but that’s okay. Pretty much peace and quiet. A group gathering around the table? not gonna happen, but plenty of space to spread out. I wouldn’t suggest more than four people at one time in the sauna :-). Would I do it again with my kids? No-brainer, hell yeah.

Great Stay in Bozeman Area

We really enjoyed our stay here. Had a lot of value for the amount we paid. House is very roomy, with multiple living spaces. Property also has lots of great outdoor space (though we couldn't fully take advantage of, because of Montana winter). We try to pick places with something special an unique (at least to us) and for this place it was the sauna, which we enjoyed. It is small, so for us we limited to two at a time. But it really enhanced our stay. Check in was as smooth as could be hoped for, and Sarah was available for every question we had. We had a pre-prepared Thanksgiving meal, and while not doing heavy cooking had lots of dishes to do simple cooking on, and the kitchen worked great. Drives to Bozeman and Belgrade were very easy, making this a good retreat with access to town while being in a rural area. Would definitely stay again.

The Sauna in our home is a stand out feature that we know you will love. Our home is extremely warm, and we have a beautiful lot that sits right on the outskirts but is close to literally everything!
