Brand new renovation. Discover pristine two-bedroom, two-bathroom elegance only 1 mile to MIT, minutes to Green Line B, C, D, and E trolleys, Lechmere, and Kendall Square. Nestled in a Walker's paradise with excellent public transit options, this neighborhood is a hub of over 95 restaurants, cafes, and shopping venues.
Find comfort on the second floor of this inviting condo, boasting hardwood floors and an open living area offering a gourmet kitchen with white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and dining table. Unwind with a sleeper sofa and 55" flat-screen TV. The master bedroom welcomes you with a queen-sized bed, TV, desk, and private tiled bathroom. The second bedroom features a full- sized bed, desk, and TV. A second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. Enjoy the conveniences of laundry, central air, and an outdoor area making this the complete space to call your home away from home.
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

Great location very nice and clean. ONLY issue was the stairs difficult for 85 yr old grandmother and lugging everything up! Didn’t realize it was 2nd floor . Otherwise perfect !!

Great stay! The unit was just like the pictures. Very clean. We appreciated all the welcome snack. That was awesome after a four hour drive. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms. I called the host and maintenance arrived very quickly and fixed the situation. Very pleased with the sevice and the home. Thx for everything.

This is a very nice property just two blocks from Cambridge Street and close to many other amenities. I walked to both North End and Charlestown, although both are about a half-hour away on foot. I was moving my Boston-based daughter and needed a place to park a large SUV, and this property was perfect as a street parking permit is provided. You'll just want to make sure you park before 4 or 5 pm, as space gets limited after that. Check-in and check-out was simple, the property was well-stocked and very clean, and the property manager was very responsive. I did have a small issue with a chirping fire alarm, but that was eventually corrected. I would definitely stay again, and I recommend this unit and this property manager.
