Don't stay here or at any Elk Ridge Property - they are terrible

While the property itself is cute, the property management agency is terrible. First, know that you are not working with a person who owns and cares for the home but rather a company. It is clear, the only thing they care about is the money. Upon check-in, we found the place dirty. Tons of dog hair on the carpet, hairs in the bed, and dish towels that were filthy. Lack of paper towels and toilet paper that my kids called 'prison paper'. We notified them and they said they would see if someone could come the next day! No one did, so another note. Two days into the stay, they suggested we go the basement, find the vacuum, and do it ourselves. I asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded given the circumstances. They said they would review upon check-out. Nothing. Now they want to offer me a voucher for $75 to stay at another of their properties. Give me a break. Run far far away from these people!

Management dropped the ball over and over!

We booked this house to stay in while our mortgage loan went through and wanted/needed all of the amenities listed,l (washer/dryer, hot tub) Such a nice remodel, yard is gorgeous and clean. Our only complaints was with management company not responding or dealing with issues, such as hot tub being too dirty to use, we had to drain and clean because it was so dirty, and garbage cans overflowing with last tenants garbage. And listing that washer, dryer was available, but it was in basement apartment with a lock on it. We had a hard time getting management to give us permission to get in there. Then after about a week the door locks were changed so we couldn't leave without getting locked out. It took 3 hrs to get reset. I think this property should have 5 star ratings every time, but maintenance and property management dropped the ball over and over on this trip. If the things I listed aren't that important to you then you'll love this house!
