Well-appointed, super cute cottage within walking distance from downtown Oberlin! This was the perfect location for us to be near our daughter for her big, move-in Weekend at OC! We had a movie night with the awesome sound system, in love all of the beautiful life, plants, records, artwork, and snacks. We will book over and over again!

I really liked staying at this place, and would surely do so again if/when I return to Oberlin. The location was perfect for us -- less than a half-mile walk to the college and in a very quiet neighborhood. I also liked the host's emphasis on sustainable practices. Garyn was very responsive to my repeated requests for info until we got settled. The place has some interesting lighting, including some voice-activated lights."Cozy" might particularly refer to limited dining space (just a small, peninsular bar between the kitchen and living room) in this small house -- no problem for us because we only ate breakfast there.

Great location just a few blocks from downtown, off street parking, easy in and out with an access code, nice backyard. It was a wonderful stay while moving our college graduate off campus. We especially appreciated the full size coffee maker and excellent shower water pressure. A record player with a great selection of vinyl was a lovely bonus.

We love staying here. Our son was playing his senior soccer season this fall and this was our home away from home while trying to catch as many games as we could this season. Highly recommended!
