Great house, beautiful yard with flowers, great location. My only negative is the listing says 3 bathrooms and air conditioning, and it is actually 2.5 baths, and AC limited to 2 bedrooms-NOT the entire house. It’s a great place and we would stay there again, but the listing should be amended to be accurate.

This property is simply amazing. The location is perfect. An easy walk to downtown, yet nestled at the end of a quiet street with the peaceful sound of the creek running next to it. The home is spacious, very well decorated and has loads of amenities. We appreciated the fire pit and the hot tub and well appointed bedrooms. We came to look at MSU for my daughter and fell in love with Bozeman. This home was the perfect location!

The house is beautiful and the setting - very peaceful with the sounds of the creek. Location by the park allowed us to easily host a picnic in the park for more family members. The kitchen is well equipped and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Relaxing creekside setting close to downtown

We really enjoyed our visit. The house and grounds were very beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and listening to the creek. It was any easy walk to the downtown Main street area in Bozeman.

Convenient, comfortable, cozy

This was a perfect home base for visiting MSU parents and families. Close to downtown and campus. Well equipped with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again while visiting our kids in school.

Beautiful home and yard! Great kitchen, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms and laundry, beautiful landscaping, pretty porch, soothing creek with waterfall and bridge to parks and hiking. Cool art and architecture! Fun games to play. Gorgeous and safe neighborhood. Fabulous family vacation venue. Walk to downtown Bozeman shops and dining. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of location, decor, attention to detail, cleanliness, and full stock. We travel frequently and enjoy finer hotels. I was nervous taking the VRBO route for this trip, as they are usually overpromised. Not this property it over-delivered. We did not want to leave! The owner of property truly created a gem. Beautiful

This has to be one of the most beautiful properties in all of Bozeman! My husband is from MT and my son goes to MSU as does his cousin so we had some of the kids over for a BBQ and family and the space could not have been anymore perfect! My only worry is a family member trying to get it when I want it now!!! I was 100% aware of the owners apartment, it said it in the listing, they emailed me to inform me as well and it wasn’t a problem at all. I don’t even know if they were home. Definitely don’t let that dissuade you!!!
