Secluded campsite, setup to host multiple campers and fisherman, only 5 miles from the beaches!

NOTE: There is no RV provided by owners, this is a vacant lot available to rent for owners of RVs.

Calling all RV owners, especially those with boats too! Are you looking for a place to park your camper AND BOAT?! Our campsite is setup with the ability to host multiple campers, OR you can come alone to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy hotels and campgrounds! Easy entry and exit (loop driveway design for convenience in mind), pole barn (48x30) to house 2 campers with full hookup (septic, water, and electric), 1 additional spot to park another camper (no septic) which doubles as a spot to wash and clean your boat (if no additional camper parked there) and an additional boat wash/cleaning spot in rear. 1 spot under barn has 30/50 amp hookup and 1 spot has 30 amp. Additional spot doubling as boat cleaning station has 30/50 amp hookup. Rental includes electricity, water, sewer, lighted firepit, fish cleaning station, outdoor sink, black stone grill, Cajun Joe fry station, and garbage. Campsite is located 5 miles away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, right on the line between Mexico Beach and St. Joe Beach. Boats are welcome - there is great fishing and scalloping nearby with a deep water boat launch located at the Mexico Beach boat launch and canal. There is nearby shopping and dining located on Hwy 98 across from the beach as well as in Port St. Joe, FL. We are also less than a mile from the intercostal waterway, which you can travel by boat to Apalachicola, FL, or Panama City, FL, or all the way to Destin, FL. Enjoy waterfront dining at the White Marlin, in St. Joe, or visit one of the food trucks or two of our favorites, Shipwreck Raw Bar or Mango Marley's. You will find a dollar-store, market, and liquor store, less than 5 miles away, a gas station, an ice cream shop, and the restaurants.

Outdoor video surveillance may be activated by owner for security purposes. Kids and pets are always welcome. Please pickup after your pets. Garbage pickup is on Thursday. When you leave pull garbage to road at edge of driveway.

Nightly rate is $115.
Weekly rate is $600.
Monthly rate is $1200.

Rates are for 1 camper. Each additional camper is a flat rate of $200 for the stay and each boat is $25 per stay. Please notify owners if multiple campers will be setup with your party and how many boats you will have.
