This was a wonderful apartment in a fabulous village! The apartment was very spacious and very well equiped. The location was just perfect, only steps away from the center of the village. My husband and I loved staying here and really hope we can return for another delightful vacation!

We loved our stay in this comfortable apartment in Lourmarin. The apartment was immaculate, and Alice and Gilberte provided so many thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. The location is steps from several restaurants, where we enjoyed sitting outside for leisurely breakfasts or lunches. Lourmarin is a beautiful village and a convenient hub for exploring other towns in the Luberon.

This apartment is in a fabulous location and is cozy and comfortable. Parking is very accessible (2 min walk) but tricky to find when you first arrive. Don’t plug in the apartment address to your Google Maps GPS or you will end up down an inaccessible lane! Look for the parking lot closest. Beds were great as were the pillows and the linen bed sheets were beautiful. We appreciated the bottle of wine and croissants waiting for us on arrival - very appreciated after our long drive. Our only complaint was the shower head didn’t work, only the hand shower and the towels could have been softer. Overall excellent value and lovely charming place. Oh and be prepared to climb lots of stairs to get to the flat!! It’s in an amazing old building but it may be tricky with extra large suitcases. Luckily we had small ones, so it was slightly easier. Thank you Alice.

Lovely spot

Was a darling town with lots of activity! Good restaurants. It was an excessive heatwave so the rooms were very warm but three fans helped. Comfy spot otherwise.

The apartment was fantastically located, close to everything. It looked like something out of a fairy tale. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We found some black hair left on the edge of the bathtub, which had clearly been overlooked during cleaning.Other than that, everything felt very welcoming. We really appreciated the bread, jam, fruit in the fridge, water, and the other thoughtful touches that had been left for us. It was a lovely and pleasant stay.We did have a little trouble reaching the host, although that may have been partly our fault as well. Luckily, we received help from a very friendly neighbor from New York, who showed us how to get into the apartment and helped us out.Overall, it was a fantastic apartment. If I were to visit again, I would definitely rent this apartment again. Highly recommended!

We really loved the apartment and staying in Lourmarin. It’s a perfect village to either enjoy a Provençal rest or as a base to explore. The apartment is spacious and Alice has it set up beautifully with everything you need. A lovely welcome basket, lots of towels, a much needed washing machine and lots of little extras. It’s right in the heart of the village so a perfect location. Big, wide windows mean there is lots of sunshine and fresh air. Unfortunately we arrived late on a Sunday afternoon when there was a festival on and there were hundreds of people and cars. The instructions for the car park were not clear and, with the crowds it made it really difficult to know where we were meant to park. Made checking in unnecessarily stressful. And when it was time for checkout we had no instructions and when I messaged asking for them I received no response. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Beautiful place

This is a picture perfect flat in the heart of the city. It is definitely a very old building, so if you have sensitive allergies you may want to be aware of that.

Gorgeous flat in Lourmarin

Loved this sweet and comfty flat…the check in part was tricky as the lock was fickle and didn’t always work, thankfully we arrived during the daylight as night time arrival would have been difficult. The village and boutique shops are delightful…and the countryside positively gorgeous….do yourselves a favor and visit Lourmarin!!!

This was a fabulous property right in the heart of Lourmarin, walking distance to everything, including the wedding venue - Le Galinier. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our three days stay. Nice size bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice living area, kitchen and bathroom, all fully equipped. Highly recommend this excellent apartment.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location

This apartment is light and airy. It has a great floor plan and is very well stocked, including a washer and a dryer (which is nearly unheard of!). The kitchen has everything you need complete with a dishwasher. The Wi-Fi is fast. The host (Alice) was great about answering our questions in a very timely manner. While we had cycled through Lourmarin on past trips, we had never stayed there. It is a wonderful village with a lively center area and the apartment is just a few steps away. We had a wonderful dinner at Gaby’s Cafe though we also enjoyed dinner in the apartment. The only hiccup was we thought the picture of a door she sent us was the door from the street!

Merci Alice !
