About this property
Walk to Uptown | Pool + Hot Tub + Red Rock Views
Stay right in Uptown Sedona, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, galleries and some of the best spots in town.
This 4 bedroom home is a great fit for families or groups who want space to spread out while staying close to everything. The house has a private seasonal pool, 7 person hot tub, fire pit, red rock views and a gas fireplace.
The main floor has two bedrooms with king beds, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The living room has plenty of seating, a Smart TV and fireplace.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own mini split units for heating and cooling.
The backyard is one of the best parts of the home. Spend the afternoon by the pool, relax in the hot tub after hiking or sit around the fire pit in the evening.
One of the biggest advantages of the house is the location. You can leave the car behind and walk into Uptown for restaurants, coffee, shopping and galleries. Sedona Heritage Museum is about a 10 minute walk away, and several other Uptown spots are even closer.
A few things to know before booking: this is an older Sedona home. The upstairs bedrooms have sloped ceilings that get fairly low in some areas, so taller guests may need to duck. The staircase upstairs is also narrow, and both bathrooms are located downstairs.
There are no steps required to enter the home, and both king bedrooms are on the main floor.
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests and is also pet friendly. * City ordinance requires quiet time from 10pm - 7am * No feminine products to be flushed down the toilet * Please be respectful of the neighbors * Please keep any pets from disturbing the neighbors

The host was very responsive to messages and very kind. The house was very clean and the amenities were great. The house had a great view in a beautiful backyard, and was steps away from uptown Sedona. Truly beautiful and would book again.
Location! I love staying in uptown Sedona, so much to do, shops, restaurants, Heritage Museum, etc. Also, great location to Oak Creek, West Sedona, Village of Oak Creek. Cottage was clean, plenty of supplies in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Loved the fire pit and back yard, was so peaceful. Cathy was great, good communication. Only negative, no bathroom upstairs for 2 bedrooms and the stairs are steep. Love that pets are OK
This is an older property, but very nicely maintained. The beds are very comfortable; two king beds downstairs, a queen and 2 twin beds upstairs. Location is wonderful as it's close to the Uptown shops, yet far enough away from tourists! We had no issues with anything at the property. Next time, though, we'll remember to bring our own plastic wrap, aluminum foil and baggies as none were provided (no big deal!)! Our property manager contact, Cathy, was truly awesome, communicating with us throughout the booking process and our entire stay. Thank you so much, Cathy, you were fabulous.
A wonderful place to stay. So cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. The location is perfect for enjoying the Sedona shops and restaurants. The back garden landscaping was done beautifully and we enjoyed the local wildlife that strolls through it.
Perfect house and location. Very roomy, charming and quiet. Walking distance to great shopping and dinning. We will definitely book again, we loved it!
This property is absolutely adorable and we enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and coffee. The views from the front porch are fantastic. Pet friendly property and Sedona is amazingly pet friendly. We didn't have anything to do with a winery so I'm not sure why that was a mandatory question.
The location of this property is excellent! Within walking distance of Uptown Sedona with its shops, restaurants and galleries. The property was as described and Cathy was very responsive to my questions. There were 4 adults in our party and we all had plenty of personal space.
It was perfect!!! The cottage is in a really ideal area as far as proximity to shops as well as safety. The interior of the cottage has an abundance of character and quaint family gathering vibes. We enjoyed a nice fire out back in the beautiful garden area and all amenities were well kept, functional, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for one couple and the two kids, while the other two couples took over the two bedrooms downstairs. Everyone was pleased with the sleeping arrangements and overall comfort of the home.We hope to stay here again for our future trips!
We had a great stay in this house! Our goal was to get out of the Phoenix metro for the Thanksgiving weekend and we had a great experience. The house was clean and ready for us on time. Our contact reached out the afternoon we checked in to let us know there were some light bulbs in the master bathroom, but she had them replaced within an hour of us being there. The only minor issues were the internet dropping out making watching football over the weekend a little challenging. Also, the smoke alarm going off in the kitchen when we were only warming leftovers in the stove. Both very minor issues that didn’t impact our experience. Would definitely look for availability on our next family trip to Sedona!
Keys features to why we booked this property- Wanted a property in Sedona, Arizona to spend a week hiking and taking advantage of all that Arizona has to offer- Sedona Uptown area, walking distance to the various shops and restaurants, - the 4 rooms were perfect for the 3 families and teenagers- Pet friendly as I wanted my Basset Hound to be part of the vacation event- Price point was exceptional This was the first time I booked through vrbo and this property exceed all expectations!House was immaculate exceeding all expectationsQuiet neighborhood to sit outside either out front or in back enjoying the mornings or evenings watching the surrounding wildlifeFully stocked house - took advantage of washer/ dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, really nice walk in shower, grill, small appliances crock pot, blender, and every other utensil that we could use. We brought one of our own but they even had multiple beds of dogs, I also wanted to show appreciation for the pet friendly property by having my hound wear PJs to keep the shedding off the furnitureEasy access into and out of the house with a programmed combination door lockWiFi access The owner or someone else was available online via vrbo to answer any questionsEasy cleanup instructions for check outAgain we appreciated everything about this property and bookmarked it hoping to take advantage again in the future. Thank you very much!!!
Enjoyed our 'home' away from home. Medium size house; perfect for our group size. Functional. Great location with views of stunning red rocks & walking distance to shops & restos but devoid of noise particularly at night making it conducive to having a restful & comfortable night especially after a day's long hikes. Cozy bedroom environment. Sheets, pillow cases, towels etc smelled fresh & clean. Great communication with host which was really appreciated.Best part was, two adult deers paid a visit just when we were checking out & stayed a bit for photo ops. I was actually looking forward to seeing any animal during the stay as seen & read thru Reviews :-)What a blessing & a send off treat!!!
