You will feel right at home and secluded in this spacious home in Frederick, Oklahoma. Enjoy time in the beautiful inground pool with diving board, play corn hole in the back yard, or enjoy a game of pool. This home has been completely remodeled and updated. The massive brick privacy fence and security system will keep you safe on your travels. You will have an enclosed garage parking space and additional parking space for several more vehicles. The house is located on a quiet street where traffic is only those traveling to homes nearby. Top of the line leather full motion furniture to seat 7 in the living room will allow you to relax or watch TV and also connect to high speed internet. The master bedroom has a split king adjustable mattress with heat and massage and an en suite bathroom. The other guest rooms have queen mattresses, one of which is also an adjustable mattress. The 2nd bathroom features both a modern double headed shower and separate bath tub and the 3rd bath has a shower. There is a twin convertible chair also available to sleep a 7th person. Full laundry facilities are included. This home is close to Lawton, Oklahoma, Ft. Sill and the Wichita Wildlife Refuge. To the south is Wichita Falls, Texas. Local attractions are the Pioneer Townsite and Hackberry Flat Wetland Reserve.

Gracious and Inviting Home

The property perfectly met all our needs. It was spacious, clean, and situated in a beautiful neighborhood. Our host was always available and quick to respond to our queries. Thanks to the ample space in the living room, hosting our extended family of twelve for a potluck was a breeze. Without hesitation, we would choose this property again. But next time, we'll come in the summer and take advantage of the large pool in the backyard.

Nice place to stay!

The property was nice. There was plenty of room. It was decorated for Christmas and was very cute. There was plenty of kitchen ware. Communication was a little lacking but the Host's daughter was more than happy to communicate and be helpful. All in all a good stay. We would stay here again. It should be noted that this home is in an area where the water should not be drank, unless boiled. The host left bottled water. Which was nice. Hopefully they will consider a full home filtration system in the future, unless they have one, though we didn't see one.

Great until the end

House was really great! It was fully supplied with everything. There were basic food items in the fridge/pantry and a fully furnished kitchen. House condition is like new and very clean. Pool area was great too! Our only issue has been after the trip the owner wants to charge an extra $150 for pets we kept in backyard with no picture proof of any damage. He claims he had to power wash for 5 hours??? Outdoor pets were agreed upon prior to our stay. This is all unfortunate because we would have been repeat customers for years to come.
