Absolute Best Location! Our Townhome is set in the tranquil verdant gardens of Truman Annex, but close to everything...It is located a block and a half from the sunsets at Mallory Square, two blocks to Duval St and it's many restaurants, bars (most with live entertainment), a block from The Green Parrot, a 1/4 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor Park, the best beach in Key West, or enjoy the shared heated pool. In addition, you will be within walking distance of many attractions such as The Hemingway House, the historic waterfront, boating and water sports.

The Townhome is an end unit with no one to the east. This offers a private, peaceful environment while outdoors, or with the doors open. The condo is fully equipped for your vacation needs. There is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, nice sized closet, and french doors that open onto a private deck overlooking the garden. The deck has a new awning. The front bedroom also has a queen sized bed.

The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living room to keep the cook(s) involved with the party.

There is a nice sized interior dining area, but most days you will enjoy dining el fresco in your private garden/patio. Since this is an end unit, it is particularly private and peaceful.

Break out the blender, and make yourself a margarita and get on Island Time!

A fantastic base to explore Key West

What a beautiful place. Well equipped, quiet and close to everything. No car required here! The pool is a welcome retreat after a warm dry and you're close to all the bars, restaurants and sights. Highly recommended!

Everything was exactly as described! The house was clean, close to everything you need and want to do in KW (no need to rent a car)! The neighborhood was so quiet but still only a few blocks from all the fun of KW. The pool was beautiful and my daughter loved the nearby splash park! We had an amazing vacation. A Wonderful House in Key West

This property is a really great place. Quiet, and serene even though it’s very close to all the action in Key West. A short walk to Mallory Square, the Mel Fisher Museum and other sites. We found it nice that everything was in convenient walking distance. Nicely furnished kitchen.

We immensely enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful the aesthetics, the colors and decorations make the place bright and inviting. Celebrating our anniversary was special and enjoyable. Gorgeous tropical oasis inside and out!

I really enjoyed the beautiful paint colors and high end furnishings. The condo was also 2 level, which was great so I never had to hear people pounding around upstairs or had to worry about making noise for any downstairs guests. This is a big plus, location stellar, very clean unit!
