Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment. The unit features two bedrooms, each furnished with a king sized bed. The living room has one queen sleeper sofa. This spacious apartment features a full kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, living room with fireplace, one full bathroom, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment! Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), and a coffee bar. There is also a laundry closet located with the apartment. Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, flatware, bakeware, toaster, and coffee pot. No pets please. Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout. Property rules: No smoking in the buildin,g Quiet hours are 10pm-9am, No pets.
