Newly Renovated NW Retreat

Welcome to your own private and contemporary space in the beautiful Northwest. With 18 min access to the Portland airport, 15 mins to downtown Portland, and 7 mins to downtown Vancouver, you are perfectly positioned to explore the best of the greater Portland area.

This private unit offers two bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a spacious open-concept living/dining area. The unit is on the ground floor of our home, and we live upstairs with our dog, Tucker.

The bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, with new comfort cooling mattresses, cloud bedding, and blackout shades to ensure a restful sleep. For larger groups, we provide a spare twin mattress/bedding and an ample daybed with extra pillows, sheets, and blankets.

The outdoor patio is perfect for enjoying al fresco meals or starting your day with a cup of coffee. Inside, the living area features a cozy window seat and an indoor fireplace, creating a comfortable spot to unwind with a book or enjoy movies and shows on the smart TV with various streaming services like Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video.

Parking is a breeze, as we are happy to share our driveway and there is ample street parking on our quiet residential street. Finding a parking spot will never be an issue.

Unit B has its own side entrance equipped with a smart lock for easy and secure access. As you enter, you'll appreciate the convenience of a single-floor plan with no stairs to navigate.

During your stay, you will have shared access to the front and side yards, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor space. However, we kindly ask that guests refrain from entering the fenced backyard.

We have designed this space with your comfort in mind, ensuring that you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Whether you're working remotely, enjoying downtime, or taking care of daily tasks, Unit B offers a practical and comfortable environment.
