The house and amenities were very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed a relaxed and comfortable stay with our 3 young adult children and my sister in the evenings after visiting my parents in their home during the day. It was nice not to be crowded into hotel rooms.

Great VRBO in Dawson!
I was excited to find a VRBO in Dawson. We came to visit family for Christmas but there wasn’t enough room at their house. Instead of a hotel 20 min away, we found this gem. It’s clean with a good amount of space. The beds were all comfortable and easy to sleep in. We look forward to returning in the future.

Recently remodeled house in quiet neighborhood
We loved this rental!
The rooms were large and beautifully decorated; the beds were new and quite comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had a great assortment of baking and cooking pots and pans - anything you might need.
Don't let the neighborhood fool you. It is obviously an older neighborhood with dilapidated houses beside newly renovated houses. With that said, it is a quiet residential neighborhood.
Bottom line...we will happily stay here again if we ever pass through this part of Georgia again.
