We strive to provide a clean, comfortable home for you and your family to enjoy and make special memories during your stay at Edisto Beach.

Linens and towels are provided for less worry and more value. Upgraded linens.

This spacious, wide open floor plan with the ocean as a backdrop provides a wonderful gathering place for families or a quiet getaway.
BEACH ACCESS is THREE/FOUR houses away.
Sit on the sofa, dine at the table and see the ocean. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen while viewing the sparkling ocean. Lounge on the outdoor daybed, eat at the outdoor table and chairs or picnic table. Sunbathe in the loungers, rock in the rocking chairs or relax with a book in the adirondack chairs on the upper deck and admire the sparkling salt water with each activity. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from deck off of the master bedroom.
2 king rooms, 1 queen room, 1 room with two singles, room with daybed/trundle. Three full bathrooms. One with a shower only, one with a tub/shower, and the master with a spacious shower
The house is kept updated. Items for your vacation pleasure include flatscreen TV in second floor den/media area with internet access and flat screen tvs in bedrooms. Updated furniture. All hardwood flooring in upstairs bedrooms!

Golf at the local Golf course, Stono Ferry or drive only 51 miles to five championship courses at Kiawah.

Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

Celebrations at the house, such as weddings, receptions, reunions, etc, are allowed. However, if larger celebrations are expected, please discuss with owner.

Parties are allowed. You will be asked to leave the property immediately and WILL NOT receive a refund.

The owner enjoys working with guests. If you have a question about your upcoming stay, please do not hesitate to ask.

Hurricane / Tropical Storm Policy - In the event Edisto Beach is threatened by a storm that requires the Governor of South Carolina to issue a Mandatory Evacuation, refunds will be issued for nights missed. We will evaluate the circumstances in an emergency situation as our guests safety is of upmost importance.


CANCELLATION POLICY-
If there is a beach closure due to local or state government-hurricane/pandemic, etc.-We offer a complete refund or 100 percent credit for another date suitable for your return. Accentuating circumstances will be reviewed as needed per guest. We will work with our guests on an individual basis should this occur.

RETURN GUESTS: If you are part of the High Seas family and return again within a year of two, please let me know when you book. You will receive a $200. Refund Thanks!!

The house has everything you would need for your trip. So many rooms and spaces out that all of us had our own rooms and privacy. The location was great, just across the street from the beach and a couple houses down. My favorite part was drinking coffee in the morning and watching the ocean. Great house!

We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year!

No need to look any further!

Not only is this house beautiful, it is full of everything you need to have a perfect family vacation. I’ve been bringing my kids and grandkids here for years and none of us would ever want to stay anywhere else. Pack your clothes and food and expect to make some wonderful memories.

Beautiful Sunrise

You can watch the Beautiful Sunrise from one of the decks and take in the ocean breeze for a wonderful start to your day. The property is very clean and has anything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay with the beach just a short walk away.

Why they chose this property

Edisto Island is a unique beach to relax and enjoy. While driving past towering oaks with moss gently swaying in the breeze, we allow the everyday world to melt behind us. The smell of pluff mud, the golden colors of the sun as it caresses the wet sand, and the sparkling ocean waters calm the spirit and relax the mind. Being close Charleston and Savannah for day trips, great food and clean beaches is an added bonus. High Seas was the FIRST property we viewed in our search for the perfect Beach House. Twenty something viewed properties later, we knew our heart was stolen. We hope yours will be also. Edisto is a wonderful small beach community, a paradise with easy access via car or airplane.

What makes this property unique

Sunrises. Riding bikes on the bike path under moss draped oaks or rustling Palmetto trees. Walking to the end of the State Park finding starfish, fan shells, conchs, and sharks teeth. Riding waves on a boogie board. Watching the sunrise from the deck of the house. Cooking shrimp and grits in the kitchen while everyone laughs and tells stories. Spending time with family. Playing games at the kitchen table. Enjoying ocean breezes on the front porch. Cherishing the peaceful comfort of the home. People watching on the boulevard! Looking for Dolphins in the ocean in front of the house. Listening to the waves while lying in bed. Riding bikes to Sea Cow, Waterfront Restaurant, or McConkeys to eat. Golfing at the local Plantation Golf Course. Driving to Sunset Point to watch the end to a perfect day at Edisto.
