As noted in our profile, check in is 4-6 pm. We accommodated your request for a 1 pm checkin, however, you arrived about 3 hours later without communication and replied to our courtesy follow up text, that you were "playing golf." Even so, we waived the agreed upon $25 late check in fee.
We advise all guests to inform us of their arrival time to expedite the check in process. The miscommunication was due to your failiure to read the infomation provided online, communicate as requested in the email sent to you, respect our time which is also valuable, and respect owners. We treat all guests with the highest level of dignity and respect. No one is entitled to individual special treatment.
