Stunning 5 Bedroom house with Beautiful Lake Views

Large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in quaint village of Lymm. Incredible views across a lake, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with high speed wi-fi and Sky TV.
Set in a peaceful estate with own parking and good sized gardens. 5 minutes drive from village and a 3 minute walk to local co-op supermarket.
The house is 10 minutes drive to Tatton Park and Dunham Massey Park and 25 minute drive into Manchester and close to Hale and Wilmslow.
The space
The house has 4 ensuite double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The lounge and two bedrooms has incredible views across Heatley Mere and the surrounding countryside.
The master bedroom occupies the whole second floor and has a dressing area and a walk in wardrobe. The kitchen has is well equipped with a large dining table that seats up to 6 people. The back garden is private and and not overlooked ideal for chilling in the summer
Guest access
The house has a driveway and on street parking. There are lots of pubs and restaurants in the area and Lymm village is a 5 minute drive away.

Nice house needs lots of work

We were meet by Steve the owner who gave us a quick tour of the house and strangely asked us to put our towels in the dryer when we left as he had another party arriving the day we left. Does that mean that they don’t get washed? Check in said 16.00 but I got a call on route to say could we get there 16.30 as he was get a photographer around for a photo shoot. The whole house needs a good clean from top to bottom. Coffee cups dirty chipped. Wine glasses greasy even the dish washer was dirty,there’s something on the floor master bedroom ensuite which looks disgusting. There’s no grill pan and the oven is dirty.Many of the lights didn’t work. There’s only enough seats for 6 people and it’s say sleeps 10 ok it does but there’s no where to sit.Parking is a major issue. 1 parking space, and a very crowded narrow road. I expect the photos on VRBO are the house when new definitely not now. There’s lots more wrong with this rental which could be fixed but obviously haven’t been. One last thing was the leaving time states 11.00 yet we were asked to leave before 10.00 due to guests arriving in the afternoon and the so called cleaners needed to do there thing.

Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and your feedback is unusual as we've not had such complaints before. We will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that our cleaning standards are upheld to the highest degree. We appreciate your cooperation in following our request to put the towels in the washing machine, as it helps us prepare for the next guests efficiently. Concerning the request to leave before 10:00, this was indeed a special circumstance due to arriving guests and the need to accommodate their check-in time. We understand that this may have inconvenienced you, and we apologize for any disruption it may have caused. In terms of the seating arrangements, we have taken your feedback seriously. We'd like to clarify that we do provide fold-away chairs that can be used to accommodate more guests at the table, and we apologize if you were not aware of their availability. We will make sure to communicate this more effectively in the future to ensure all guests have a comfortable dining experience. We will also address the issue of the lights and ensure they are in working order. Parking can indeed be challenging in some areas, and we appreciate your understanding on this matter. As for the photos on the VRBO listing, we will update them to reflect the current state of the house more accurately.
