Fee is $75 for a one bedroom, $90 for a two bedroom $105 for a 3 bedroom plus tax and fees. PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. FEE IS FOR 2 PARKING PASSES AND WRISTBANDS FOR THE WHOLE GROUP, FOR THE WHOLE STAY, PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOA, SEPARATE FROM THE RESERVATION. GUEST MUST PRE- REGISTER ONLINE, WITH THE NAMES, AGES OF EACH GUEST AND VEHICLES MAKE AND MODEL BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE, AND PICK THEM UP AT THE FRONT DESK AT CHECK IN. Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage; parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in the windshield (visibly). Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.
No pets or smoking are allowed in this condo.
No Smoking or Pets
$500 Violation fee if unit smells like smoke or Pets brought into the unit.
We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.
