Nestled in the Cloverdale Business community, Walnut Place is the home for your next visit to MGM. The unique duplex is minutes away from Jackson Hospital, ASU & Huntingdon college, Maxwell Airforce Base, and downtown. 1921 has ample space to sleep (K/Q/Q+3 sofas) and cook in the full kitchen. Want to grill? Try our private covered courtyard. Bringing the boat or tailgating? Use the fenced backyard. Need groceries? Walk down to Winn Dixie. Walnut Place, not just an ordinary stay in Montgomery!
The space
Walnut Place is an open concept duplex. Guests will walk into the unit with a room in the front (Q). Followed by an area with our 2 bathrooms plus washer & dryer. The cabinets in this area do have courtesy supply for bathrooms and laundry. The next room is our studio style room with 2 beds (K & Q) and one of our living room areas. From here, you can also walk out into our covered. private courtyard. Guests can grill or just relax on our patio swing. At the end of the unit, you will find our full kitchen, living room overlooking the garden, and access to our backyard. The kitchen is equipped with the utensils and supply to cook a feast. Our backyard is great for parking boats, kayaks, etc. and a perfect place to even tailgate during sport seasons.
Guest access
Electronic lock codes and lockboxes are used to gain access to the house. The middle courtyard can only be accessed from inside the house. Our backyard can be accessed from inside the house and the two side gates outside. These gates are kept locked for safety. You will be provided a key in our lockbox.
