Welcome to this Spanish-style Montgomery home! It features 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Two of our bedrooms have 2 double beds each. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed while Bedroom 4 has a double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and will provide you with a night of restful sleep. Need extra sleeping space? We got our queen size sofa bed in our living room. You will surely love our fully updated kitchen with complete amenities and counter space for meal preparation. Take some time to relax in our covered patio and our large backyard!

The Space:
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will discover a cool and relaxing living room with a Roku TV which has a door going to a covered patio outside. On the right, there is a dining room and a kitchen with a laundry area. On the left from the main entrance leads to the first bedroom. You will see the other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms when you walk down the hallway on the left side of the living room.
Outside, a covered patio, firepit, and charcoal grill are available.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This house has a very convenient location with easy access to major highways, supermarkets, shopping centers, and parks- just a few minutes from everything! Only a few blocks away from Vaughn Road Elementary School!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
