This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 3rd floor and offers approximately 1,500 square feet of comfortable living space, with stunning views of the emerald water and white sugar sand beaches from the large 30-foot private balcony. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and double sliding glass doors that open directly to the balcony with beautiful Gulf views. The guest bedroom includes two queen-size beds, a large closet, and easy access to the second full bathroom. The living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and also features double sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the views from inside or out. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, built-in ice maker, and all necessary appliances and cookware. The dining area includes a table and chairs for family meals and gatherings. For added convenience, the condo includes a full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room. TVs are available in both bedrooms, the living room, and even the kitchen, along with high-speed internet access.
