Sunrise Palms Paradise is nestled in a private, secluded, gated community on the North Side of Palms Springs Racquet Club, without many other rentals.

Nestled on the north side of town, the condo offers a convenient location close to the Palm Springs Airport, great golf options, and Downtown Palm Springs. Groceries, shops, and convenient dining options are all within a two-mile radius.

Showcasing colorful paintings from local artists and updated furnishings, the inviting interior comes well-appointed for meeting all your at-home needs. Plan and prep meals with ease in the compact, full kitchen. Connect to the WiFi to stream shows and movies on the smart TV or set up your laptop at the dedicated desk for remote working convenience. The private, enclosed patio includes a sofa lounge area for cocktail hours (accessible from the bedroom) and a covered dining table with a deluxe gas grill for alfresco dining. A Bowflex home gym allows you to maintain your home fitness routine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
