Come stay in this cozy home in Central Phoenix, only 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport. This newly remodeled private home is located near the foothills of North Mountain. Everything is new! The home offers wonderful natural light, a quite environment, blackout curtains in every window, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities. Enjoy the backyard with mountain views, a fire pit and a front yard patio. This home is located just a short drive to excellent hiking trails, golf courses, resorts and many fantastic restaurants. Home is only 2-3 minute drive to John C Lincoln North Mountain Hospital. The space is ideal for professionals who travel for work or small groups looking for short to midterm rental
