The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
♛ Place all used sheets & soiled towels in the laundry room, including comforters.
♛ Rinse food residue before putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Run the cycle detergent is under kitchen sink
♛ Completely empty out the fridge of food you purchased during your stay.
♛ Please remove all trash and take trash bags, and place in the large trash cans in the garage/ outside.
♛ Place garage opener on the dining
♛ Make sure that all stove burners and oven are turned off.
♛ Double check that all doors and windows are locked and ADT security alarm is engaged to “arm away”.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
