Don't be put off by the apartment block's exterior. This is a clean well-equipped place with an unusually wide range of kitchen appliances and large sofas. There's a bathroom, kitchen and bedroom/sitting room. It's on the ground floor and right in the centre of Cluj, less than 10 minutes' walk from the main square and all the main sights.
