About this property

This is the perfect time to bring family and friends up for a quick early Spring vacation in the mountains. Snazzy Cattails is ready for you all weathers with fireplace, hot tub and central AC .Join the ducks on our pond for fishing from our dock or in our rowboat. The house sleeps 12 with a triple bunkbed for the kids.
Snazzy Cattails on Apache Cove is centrally located in Lakeside with EZ access to the shops and restaurants along White Mountain Blvd in Show Low and Pinetop as well as Honda Casino and Sunrise Ski Area.

Snazzy Cattails now has a Facebook with VRBO link and we try to keep it updated with happenings on the mountain and reviews of our favorite restaurants. Do check us out .

To take advantage of our moderate 4 season weather, Snazzy Cattails offers 4 decks for barbequing or just relaxing to enjoy the view and wildlife. Just outside our door, we have dozens of Mallard ducks on our pond and we are on the fly-by for migrating Canada Geese. We have a dock and rowboat for catch-and-release fishing or just fun paddling.

This year we have a gas-fired stove to keep you cozy and for those warmer sunny days, in the backyard there is now a picnic table next to our hot tub house which has a nice private view of the pond. The hot tub is Always on and ready for you when you arrive and after a hard day on the lake, skiing, or hiking in the forest.

We have plenty of room for the whole gang: 5 bedrooms sleep up to 12. Downstairs we have a King master with ensuite bath and tv, and 1 bedroom with both full and twin beds. Upstairs the queen main bedroom has an ensuite bath, tv, and balcony access, another queen with its own private balcony, and a third bedroom with a triple bunk bed. Both upstairs and down we also have laundries and common area guest baths

Downstairs is an open living area with comfy couches to watch the large smart TV, gas fireplace, family-size dining table, and well-stocked kitchen. Upstairs is a lounge area with couches, a TV, and a kitchenette featuring a microwave and an apt-size refrigerator.

Furnished decks everywhere! While the garage is not accessible to guests, we do have a large graveled parking area right in front of the main deck entrance.

We are available for small group events such as weddings, reunions and corporate retreats. Contact your host for further info about personalized amenities for your group.

Great Christmas Vacation

We had the best time! Kids didn’t want to leave. There was amble space so we all had our privacy (2 adults and 4 kids) Amazing views!! Loved looking out onto the pond while cooking in the house. Brought our dog and he felt like he was home. Great neighborhood to walk the dog. I made all meals at the house and all kitchen tools I needed were provided. The house was very close to stores and restaurants as well. The hot tub was a great place to unwind. We would love to come back!

Great Stay!!!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay!!! We did not want to leave!! My husband and kiddos loved taking a little boat ride on the pond! The home was so clean and absolutely amazing! We definitely plan on making another visit in the near future! I have a big family and was perfect for that.
