We have stayed here twice now while visiting friends in Baltimore. It is a good amount of space for our family (2 little kids) for a weekend stay, and in a good location - short walk from restaurants & the inner harbor. Will likely stay here again!
The neighbors was so loud, fighting from 11pm till 2am. I was there for business purposes and they made such a beautiful place an horrible experience. I literally thought someone being murdered .
Very clean and nice stay; the outside area is not the best and at night you Will see Rats running the street … just Baltimore I assume

Ok for quick stay, would not stay again.
Stayed with husband and 2 boys for 1 night. Unit is on 2nd floor, and clean. Check in was ok. Bathroom had only half roll of toilet paper. I asked host where to find more - no reply. No hand towels or wash clothes in bathroom. Kitchen sink was clogged, informed host - also no response. Very loud and noisy. Could hear people walking on floor above us at 2am. Would not stay again.
Charmingly decorated renovated apartment couple blocks from downtown little creepy at night. The apartment itself was adorable. Well appointed at everything we needed.
We were a little skeptical at first, the apartment is in an older building and the road that it’s on looked unkept but once we went inside we were very impressed with this place. Everything looked new and up to date and very clean. The location is perfect for exploring Fells Point, it’s in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place.
Weekend trip to fells point was wonderful! The place was fantastic and so insanely cute. Perfectly clean and everything worked as it should. I will definitely come back!!!
Super-easy to check in. Parking was also free and prevalent, at least as of May 2024. Nice, clean, modern place. Small, as advertised. Lots of construction to the north. Short walk to numerous restaurants and coffee shops in Fells to the south & west. Little Italy to the east. 20 min walk or a very short scooter ride / Uber to inner harbor.
This was a great place to stay. Very clean and as advertised. Centrally located to everything. Some renovating going on in the neighborhood but nothing distracting. My only concern was making initial contact, once I heard from the host …… he was great at communicating. Check out is very seamless. Great price, great location, great apartment and great host. We’ll be back.
( Playing PAC man was great as well)
My first impression of the neighborhood was not good. Many car repair places and vehicles on the street that weren’t even functional. The apartment was lovely. Very clean and comfortable! A slight glitch in the code for the door, but the owners answered my text right away and were very helpful in resolving the issue.
Once my husband and I got to exploring the area, there were many nice restaurants near the wharf, just a few blocks down the street. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone traveling in this area.
The apartment was great. The location to where we needed to go was good area outside of the property very dirty. Rundown
Communication with the property manager was 0. Call everyday for 5 days With no response

Liked: Listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
I wouldn’t pick this place again.
This space was…fine. The listing is accurate and not misleading, but this space was not good. There was mold growing out of the coffee maker, there was no soap or towels in the bathroom, and you can hear every sound from every room in the apartment as well as the rest of the building. I struggled to get timely responses from the host - I got the door code very, very late, and the fire alarm battery was going off and multiple calls and texts went unanswered. It was cheap and fine for the night but one of the worse home rentals I’ve ever done.
The apartment was newly remodeled and very clean. Everything in the apartment seemed new, including appliances. The area was ok, but was easy to access with Lyfts. The host went above and beyond to help me when I forgot something behind. He was wonderful throughout!
I would have liked to have seen a baking sheet and oven mit for use during my stay. Otherwise, I had all I needed.
It was a 3 girls' weekend to celebrate a birthday and attend a Crab Festival. The apartment was as shown in the listing. Not yet the most attractive block on the street (the neighborhood is in a renaissance phase), but the location was good (4-5 blocks walk to most activities/stores/restaurants/the waterfront - no need for a car). It is a 2nd floor apartment - the spiral steps to get there (no elevator) are a little hard to navigate with luggage. Got off to a slow start communicating with the host, but once we connected, he was extremely responsive and a perfect host! All in all, it was a great weekend, and we will definitely return!
The proterty does look nice inside. They had a packman machine and it was generally clean but my toddler spilled some water on the floor and it was obvious that they hadn't mopped it in a while.
However, we had two major issues
1. The street is in the hood. The apartment and floors/doors leading to it have been renovated but the other doors and the street itself look very run down and unsafe. We believe the guys next door have a car scraping business because the street is full of beaten up cars. This street and a couple more around there looked very sketchy despite being close to nice areas.
2. One of the fire detectors kept beeping due to low battery. I tried contacting the host at 5 pm and went to voicemail. I left the voicemail with all the details and called several more times to no avail. We were able to make it stop just for it to start beeping at 3 am.
Overall we would not stay here anytime soon at least, maybe in 5 years the area is better since it looks like there's lots of construction
