Luxury 2/2 condo with granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen,, stainless steel appliances, pool access, 2 parking spots - full comfort! You'll not only love the unit, you'll love the location too walking distance to downtown Gainesville!

***One bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. In addition we can provide a queen size air mattress to sleep a total of 6 people. At time of booking please let us know if you require an air mattress.****

Both bathrooms have dual bath/shower and granite countertops. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire space - rental of the condo is rental of the entire condo.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is in vibrant downtown Gainesville - walk to restaurants and bars or stay in and cook in the beautiful kitchen.

Getting Around:
Guests have access to 2 parking spaces. There is also a bus route nearby. The condo is walking distance from UF campus and downtown Gainesville.

Interaction with Guests:
