My river front, family-friendly, fave place to share

Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the Colorado River. Our home is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There is a big kitchen overlooking the water & a large patio with a BBQ as well. Fun to watch all of the boats passing by. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site.

This is a very family friendly home & neighborhood. Like I said, there are three bedrooms so it's great for three couples or also for a family or two. The bunk bed room is perfect for the kiddos. There is also space in the master bedroom for an air mattress if the kids want to sleep in the room with you.

The only space not offered is the garage. It will be locked and not available for renters.

At night, turn on the party lights on the patio, relax, & enjoy the view.
