Home located in the center do Sarasota. 5 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to Siesta/Lido beaches. Brand new pool.
The open-plan living/dinning area is spacious and decorated in sophisticated neutral tones and accommodates/entertain the whole family. The space has a huge TV so everyone can watch their favorite movies/sports.
There is also a separate family room with a fireplace. All rooms has access to the brand new patio and pool.
