Gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, two Bosch dishwashers, and Viking gas range with built in grill. Formal dining has custom made 14 foot natural wood dining table with steel base. Master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, Ralph Lauren furniture, fireplace, flat screen TV and large stone master bath. All four bedrooms are en suite with full tiled bathrooms. First floor office with upgraded wi-fi throughout. . All high end teak outdoor furniture for poolside dining and entertaining. 18' x 36' heated salt water pool. One street and steps from the bay with private beach access for swimming and kayaking. Available for any one or two week rental, possibly longer. Pre-pproval for pet and deposit required.

Beautiful home in private community

Our group of eight adults, 2 older adults and their adult children enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of Peconic Bay and a private beach. We saw some colorful sunsets at the bay and even swam a couple of times. The home itself is immaculate and the pool and backyard are as the photos show. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home allowed for privacy of all groups in that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Jeanette was easy to reach and helpful with ideas for local activities.

Perfect spot to enjoy Sag Harbour and the rest of the Hamptons. Beautiful property with every amenity. A real home from home with plenty of room to relax together but still have your own space. Highly recommended

Delightful vacation

The house, the host and the overall area were all absolutely top notch! The house is large, loaded with amenities and beautifully appointed. The house has a large pool and great patio for the whole family, a beach is 5 minutes walk away and tons of nice seafood restaurants all around. Jeanine (the host) was super-helpful, met us when we arrived to give a tour of all the amenities, and was just a text away throughout the vacation in case we needed anything. Thank you so much, Jeanine, for the wonderful vacation!

Wonderful experience from start to finish!

My husband and I along with our 3 children rented this property for about a week while our house was being rebuilt after a flood. It was a beautiful house with everything we needed. Jeanine was a fabulous host and met us at the house when we checked in to make sure we were all set. She was available at all times for questions and made sure everything was perfect for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental property while we waited to get back to our home!

Perfect family escape

After working from home for 4 months, our family needed a break. This was our first time in The Hamptons, and Jeanine's home was the perfect retreat. Spacious and comfortable, and only 15 mins drive from beautiful Sag Harbour or the restaurants of Bridgehampton and Easthampton. Jeanine was a very helpful and communicative host. We will definitely be visiting again! :)

Family Vacation

A wonderful two weeks. The house was very comfortable, sunny, a block from the bay, and worked so well to accommodate our family needs. The home office was also ideally set up for remote working. Additionally, the kitchen was perfectly equipped for daily home cooked meals. Loved working with the owner, who was super responsive to any inquiries and clearly had our best interests at heart. Would return without question.

Great house with nice host

We stayed at Jeanine’s house for two weeks. She was nice and very responsible. We had a few problems during our stay, but everything was solved immediately. The pool was clean and enjoyable also well maintained. The kitchen was very nice; I cooked a lot. One of the friends I invited over during out stay is a Michelin star chef, and even he was impressed how easy to use the kitchen was! All the rooms were very comfortable, the internet was more than fast enough for my husband’s work, and the piano was well tuned. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly as well. There is a small super market and farmer’s store near by. We wish we were still there! Thank you, Jeanine!

Beautiful home great for family gathering

The pictures on-line is exactly the way the home looks and it was very clean. We went for a family gathering and it was wonderful to have all bedrooms with en-suites. Kitchen was very well outfitted, living room comfy and dining room large enough to fit all. We loved the outdoor space that had plenty of seating and lounges and the pool was wonderful. Property Manager was very responsive. Overall a beautiful home and a great get away.

Beautiful oasis

Jeanine has created a beautiful sanctuary with all the small touches to create a wonderful experience. Sonos throughout the house, candles that go in automatically both inside and outside, a beautiful fire pit, and lush furnishings and bedding and bathrooms. We were truly able to relax and enjoy each other while lounging by the pool or cooking in her well equipped kitchen. The house is on a quiet street with just the rustle of the leaves. Close to the bay beach and about 15 minutes from the bustle of town. Bell and anchor nearby was lovely food. We loved every minute. Jeanine was flexible and helpful all the way through.
