As a guest at Signature MGM, you will have access to amenities including the MGM Grand Pool. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Cafe in Tower 2 perfect spot for breakfast/lunch.

The Space:
Escape to your 1050 sq ft 1 BR suite and experience sweeping views of the strip from the 33rd Floor balcony. A full kitchen, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, dishwasher, entertainment center including a flat-screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air-conditioned, with free WiFi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Guest Access:
All swimming pools including the MGM Grand Pool (subject to hotel's pool schedule and seasons). Fitness center located in Tower 1.

Needs updating

Great location on a high floor. Unit needs some major updating...cabinets peeling, furniture fraying, some stains on the carpet. One wine glass, minimal cookware, silverware and glassware, no shampoo, body wash or conditioner in bathrooms. We probably won't return to this unit, as we've stayed in many others that were better stocked.

Nice space for a decent price

We had a great mini vacation to Vegas. The room could use some additional dishes and cleaning products but overall it was a cozy room. The view of the strip from the bedroom was very nice.
