Nice Place - Convenient to Airport and 'Vegas'

Didn't have any problem with the property. The unit was clean and ready to go. Bed was very comfortable. I had the front desk bring up plates, silverware, etc. mostly just because I wanted something other than a stir stick for my coffee. There is only a small regular coffee pot in the room. It was a little disappointing that the Uber/Lyft pick-up area was not at the front door. Had to walk about 100 yards to a pick-up area. That's not bad if the weather is nice but it was very cold this week. I plan on using this place again!

New Year’s Eve Nightmare

My vacation was wrecked when the hotel was put on lockdown due to an active shooter just floors above me. The host, Tanner, was not willing to refund me for the inconveniences this caused for me on my final day of vacation. I was stuck in my room without any food or water and very worried that a gun man would burst into my room at any moment. This situation brought me extreme distress, anxiety and PTSD. They make a huge deal about the property being non-smoking but somehow they allow guests to check into their rooms with guns and have a shootout with the Las Vegas SWAT team from their balcony. Do not stay here, it’s not worth the money. Stay at the Cosmo or somewhere on the strip that is considered a resort.

Decent place to easily walk to the strip

Nice large suite and nice street view. It took us awhile to locate bcuz we tried using the street address. Another couple at check-in said the same thing. We finally found it using just the name. Construction for an F1 upcoming race also made driving anywhere a huge issue. We picked up people at the airport a couple of days after we checked in. The only issues with the room were the AC/heat bcuz the only vent is over by the window with a small screen between the bed and couch blocking it. Probably would help to have a floor fan. And there were some areas that needed to be dusted better.
