This residence is perfectly located and had everything we needed. Great unit for kids and the owner really bent over backwards to help accommodate my requests promptly and thoroughly. Great proximity to several Vegas features including the monorail.

Great location on the strip, and the accommodations were very nice as well. The highlight of the trip was definitely management, they were super accommodating and communicative to ensure I had a great time.

Was a pleasant stay

Everything was pretty good here. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing upon arrival and had to wait a few hours for it to get fixed but that wasn’t too bad. The view from the room isn’t fantastic as it’s on the 3rd floor but otherwise we had a great stay.

Kitchen nicely stocked, Starbucks in the lobby that was never busy like the ones in the casino. Always room at the pool. Had a great stay.

Perfect location. Loved having the extra bathroom for my daughter (who stayed on the sofa bed). This was so much better than the 3 of us cramming into a hotel. And the price was great too (included valet parking).

Perfect location for seeing a show at the MGM arena. I’m not sure why folks were complaining about the carpet, seems pretty petty. The room was spacious, really nice having two full bathrooms, clean, and had all amenities. We were able to easily walk up and down the strip pretty quickly. Free valet was a plus. If we come back to Vegas we would definitely stay here again!

Clean, Spacious, and Welcoming

My friends and I have stayed at the MGM Signature several times. Check-in is always seamless, bags are brought up quickly, and it's a perfect distance to the metro and all the fun of the strip. Rafael's property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The couch bed was perfect for 2 adults. We came for the race weekend and were pleasantly surprised to have a partial view of the track! Only 1 turn, but it was a fun surprise.

VRBO standards need review

Signature Towers is a great location, but the room needed a deep clean. Carpets and furniture are stained. The bathroom faucet did not work. The chair upholstery was ripped. No patio chairs. The kitchen was not stocked - no baking pan for the oven. One garbage bag for 7 days, no cleaning products, a layer of dust on all surfaces. This was our first VRBO experience. I will rent directly through the hotel next time.

Excellent Location

Excellent location, lots of space in the unit and balcony. "Worn" (very dirty carpets, beaten woodwork, door/drawers sticking, broken tile near door, etc). Cleanliness wasn't bad, but needs maintenance.

Quiet and comfortable.

Wonderful accommodations. Lovely lobby and quick access to the third floor. I appreciated the room not being in close proximity to a smoky casino. Valet parking was great. We purchased snacks and breakfast items and the hotel attendants loaded up our groceries with our luggage and delivered all to our room. This is my second stay at the MGM Signature and I am looking forward to a return visit.

We loved it!

We love the MGM Signature property. It is convenient to the casino and other MGM activities and there is no need to ever step foot outside because of the indoor walk way. It is easy to check in, low key and a wonderful experience overall. As others have said, it is so nice to have a quiet location yet be so close to all the action. Access to the monorail is very close, too. We will certainly stay here again on our future trips to Las Vegas. The unit was spotless and roomy, the balcony fantastic and the owner was extremely responsive. Great vacation.

Condo Tower 1 mgm signature

It was great to have a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 w/ jacuzzi) and separate bedroom in an excellent location. Short walk to mgm grand was nice. Price was very reasonable. Condo itself was well taken care of but did show minor signs of wear - rug definitely needs replacing. It has a good view of the Sphere from the bedroom. Overall was an excellent place to stay and owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The host is great

We had a problem with checking in (they were painting the room) and had to be reassigned. The host had no idea, but was extremely helpful in helping resolve it. Overall, our stay was great and the property was clean and I would be willing to stay again in the future.

Not the best not the worst

Great location and adequate accommodations. The 1 bedroom, 2 bath suite could use some updating, new mattress for king bed, new sofa sleeper living room and replace all clean but stained and dark carpeting. The check in process was an ordeal that took 90 minutes due to a cyber attack that took down mgm computer systems that left staff unprepared. properties systems
