Luxurious Suite with Pool View and Walking Distance from The Las Vegas Strip!

Luxurious Mountain View Deluxe Suite which overlooks the lazy river pool and two other pools. This suite has one king sized bed and queen sleeper sofa, comfortable sitting area with a flatscreen TV, kitchenette and a large bathroom with a separate toilet room and jacuzzi. A private enclosed walkway to MGM Grand Casino and short walk to the strip. Enjoy all the restaurants and events at the Grand. Minutes away from McCarran Airport.

If you choose to have daily housekeeping, there is an additional $50 daily fee.
Please be informed that check-in time at the property is scheduled for 4:00 PM. Kindly note that while check-in commences at this time, room readiness may extend beyond 4:00 PM, possibly until after 5:00 PM.

In the event that housekeeping completes room preparation prior to 4:00 PM, early check-in may be accommodated without incurring an extra fee. Please be advised that the availability of early check-in is contingent upon the timely completion of room cleaning by our housekeeping staff.
The front desk requires a $100 refundable security deposit per night at check-in. This deposit is refunded after your stay at check-out, which is strictly at 11am.

Please be advised this location is near wet Republic pool and topgolf. It can get noisy from the music during day. Wet Republic closes at 6 PM.
Also, please be advised you have access to pools at MGM Grand and lazy river, if not all 3 tower pools at signature are open.

FYI: if you would like kitchen items and utensils, please contact front desk by dialing zero on the room phone and request them. Front desk will accommodate you! Lastly, there is a strict cancellation policy with this unit. ***Please Note: This unit has a Strict Cancellation Policy in place, which means that I do not provide refunds for any last-minute cancellations, including those due to flight delays, flight cancellations, event cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Great location

The room was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Very clean room with a great view. The room was in tower 1 at the signature, which made it an easy walk to the MGM Grand. We will definitely be back!

Just ok!

Good location, but overall just ok. This suite needs to be thoroughly deep cleaned. Towels were filthy, bathroom very, very dirty! (pics attached) Check in/Check out very easy and convenient. Owner very responsive.

Had a wonderful time staying at this place! Everything was just as described. Super clean and the location was perfect. Loved that it was a 5 minute walk to the MGM and that we were still able to access the lazy river and pool amenities. Would definitely stay here chain!

Great place - highly recommend .

This is an excellent choice. Comfy bed, very clean, all wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. We were here for the Adele concert & walked to and from Caesar’s Palace - easy walk for us as we are both over 50 and very fit.

Amazing stay

My son and I really enjoyed the stay. I went for a work event and took my son along before he went back to college. We both enjoyed the pool and Vegas itself. The room was more than I expected. The view of the room was great. We could see the Wet Republic pool. The people at the hotel were super nice and accommodating. The valet service was above and beyond!

I had the best time!

It has been so long since I have been to Vegas and this condo was perfect. The property manager called me and answered all of my at. I don’t sleep well and I slept amazingly sound in that bed. I LOVE the giant tub and shower. I will definitely stay again when I come back.

Good location; Quiet compared to main MGM complex. 5 min walk to it but far enough to keep crouds away. Pool complex was fun. Not much of view unless you like watching planes take off. Only down side was low water pressure on shower (I get the water conservation if that is the cause)

We always enjoy staying at the Signature for it's convenience and price. The room was great. 2 of the signature pools were closed, so that wasnt ideal.
