Great pools! Loved that each tower has its own basic pool but you can also use the giant mgm grand pools with your key card. The lazy river was awesome! Make sure to bring your own tube for the lazy river, they sell them on the property but were 25 for a small and 30 for a bit bigger. Room was great, smoke free and close to the uber pick up area

Property was great for a quick weekend in Vegas. Host was quick to check up us. The walk to MGM casino from tower 1 is not that far and you walk through an enclosed connection. We caught rain during our visit and didn’t have to worry about getting wet. Also tax cabs and Uber can pick up at the pick up right outside of tower 1. You don’t have to walk to MGM for that. Overall great deal during a busy weekend in Vegas when every casino was over priced due to a holiday. We will definitely be returning.

Good communication from host. Was very accommodating for early check-in. The condo is in a great location to strip, T mobile arena, etc. and there is a connecting walkway to MGM Grand. Very quiet location. Would definitely recommend.

What a perfect location. We were able to walk to the Sphere, TMobil arena, and many places on the strip. Please note the free parking is valet only so be sure to bring cash for tips. The room was clean, safe neighborhood, and great staff.

Our stay at MGM Signature was everything we needed and more! Communication with our host was prompt and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs and in a great location..super easy to get everywhere we were going. The kitchen and Jacuzzi tub were a huge bonus. We ordered groceries delivered so coffee in the room and snacks saved us some. We were walking 10-15 miles a day and the Jacuzzi tub saved our tired bodies. Will absolutely stay here again.

Great affordable option to stay at the Strip

Room was spacious and as advertised. Check in was easy and we did not have any issues with parking. Very convenient to get to the Strip and the trams at the MGM.

Luis is a great host, checks on you periodically to make sure everything is ok. Check in was easy. Great location with lots of amenities use of the MGM grand. I highly recommend.

Great spot

We really enjoyed this room! Nice and clean and great amenities. I highly recommend it and would stay here again. We liked the jacuzzi tub, the bed, and the location is really nice too. Right next to the monorail and mgm, but not right in the chaos that is the strip. Affordable too!
