Liked proximity to strip without being on strip. Check in great. Bed comfortable. Issues with toilet but they did reply. Just be sure you turn off Do Not Disturb light before you leave the room for them to address any issues. Price also reasonable for 2 nights

I like that the property was on a high fl and in tower 1, but there wasn’t a balcony and the room wasn’t as clean as I expected also the listing say pay at property but that’s a lie they cancel on me twice until they were able to take the payment as you reserve and the host was never available my rating would be 3 star

Better than expected

This was a great room and was exactly as described. Honestly, I was expecting a typical hotel style room, but it was much better - very large living space and bathroom, nice amenities like large fridge, microwave, stove, etc. The bathroom was very nice with a large shower that had great pressure and good supply of hot water. The view was not the greatest, but that was not important to us. Also, you are pretty far from most things - casino, pool, restaurants, etc. So be prepared to walk. I would definately recommend this room and this owner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature Tower 1. The Starbucks in the lobby and the closeness to the MGM pool complex and ride share pickup point was what made us choose it over the other two towers. Room was just as described and had a great strip view. It was so nice to have a fridge available for drinks and leftovers. Bathroom was large and having a separate WC was awesome! It was quiet and the elevators were ample and quick. The only hiccups were that our flight in got delayed and so we arrived at 2am, but we were not made aware that after hours only Tower 2 handles check in for all 3 towers. We had to lug our things over to Tower 2 and then back over to Tower 1. The host was eager to check in on us and made sure our stay was going well. The pull out bed was used by our daughter but it was large enough for two people and comfortable. The long bed was also very comfortable and the pillows were awesome. AC worked very well! Also the hotel lobby smelled incredible. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
