Sleeping Arrangements: A King-sized bed with a premium pillow-top mattress, plus a Queen-sized memory foam pull-out sofa (Sleeps up to 4).

Spa Bathroom: An oversized marble and granite sanctuary featuring dual sinks, a large Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a built-in TV.

Kitchenette: High-end stainless appliances including a cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and blender.

The Coffee Station: A Hamilton Beach FlexBrew (standard pot on one side, K-Cup on the other). We provide a starter supply of coffee to get you moving!

Important Stay Details
We are Owner-Managed, which allows us to offer these elite suites at a fraction of the hotel’s direct pricing. Because this is a private rental, please note the following:

Cleaning & Services
Check-out Clean Only: Your booking includes a professional cleaning upon departure. There is no daily housekeeping or mid-stay towel/supply service provided by the MGM Signature.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of paper products. If you require more for a longer stay, please plan to bring or purchase them nearby.

Refresh Option: A mid-stay towel exchange or "refresh" can be arranged through our private cleaning service for an additional fee. Your suite will have 6 towels.

Smoking Policy
This is a strictly non-smoking, 420-free suite and building.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the suite (Note: This unit does not have a balcony).

Evidence of smoking will result in mandatory eviction without refund and a non-negotiable $500 cleaning fee. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building.

Booking Requirements
Age: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

Identification: The person booking must be the person checking in. No third-party bookings are allowed. Valid ID and a credit card for incidentals are required at the front desk. The Signature does require a $100/day up to $300 max hold on a card for damages, which will be released shortly after check out.
